Bergamot is most useful for it’s ANTI-SPASMODIC and ANTIDEPRESSIVE properties. It’s chemistry makes it beneficial for abdominal cramps, nervous system and emotional support. Bergamot is highly phototoxic. Avoid exposure to the sun or tanning beds for 12-24 hours after dermal application.

I love the aroma of this oil. It is a citrus aroma but not too strong. It helps get me motivated and uplift my mood.
