Like the essential oil, Helichrysum hydrosol is my first choice for trauma, wounds, bumps and bruises, or an injury. It is also a great skin care ingredient for inflammation (inflammed skin from rashes, sunburn, poison ivy, or damaged skin generally).

Safety: no known issues
