It is our goal to ship all orders by the next business day. In the event a product is not available, we will contact you with shipment updates. We ship USPS orders Monday through Saturday according to their holiday schedule. UPS orders ship Monday through Friday. Shipping may be delayed due to inclement weather. We are closed major holidays.
We ship within the United States and Canada. For Canadian orders, we are not responsible for and do not collect any customs fees that may be incurred. Please be aware that customs fees will be in addition to the shipping fee we charge.
Shipping charges are based on the weight of the shipment, the shipping address and the shipping service selected. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
At Pompeii Organics we pride ourselves on providing the finest essential oils from trusted distillers around the world. We provide sourcing information and batch specific GC/MS reports prior to purchase so you will not have any surprises when your order arrives.
We know there may be instances where issues occur with your shipment. If you receive a leaking or damaged product or if an item is missing or incorrect in your order please contact us by either phone or email and we will replace the product on the next business day.
In the event you ordered a product incorrectly, please contact us within 15 days of the date of your order and we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Upon receipt of the UNOPENED product, we will issue you a store credit for the product less a 25% restocking fee. No shipping fees will be refunded.
The safety and purity of our oils is our primary concern. For that reason, we are unable to accept returns of OPENED products. Essential oils purchased in 1 ounce or larger sizes are considered special orders and may not be returned. Please try a smaller size (5ml or 15 ml) prior to ordering a bulk size to ensure the product will meet your needs.
We will return defective diffusers within 90 days of purchase with a dated sales slip. After 90 days, please contact https://quooz.com/return-refund-policy/ for the manufacturer’s refund policy. To return a diffuser, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization.
No credits will be issued for any returns that do not have a valid Return Merchandise Authorization.
