Because it is high in the phenolic molecule Eugenol, Tulsi (Holy Basil) is best used for its WARMING and ANALGESIC (pain numbing) properties. Add it to lotion or an oil carrier to use on sore muscles or arthritic discomfort. 

Current GC/MS REPORT FOR TULSI-1002 This batch has a high level of b-caryophellene (26.84%) that when combined with the normally high eugenol (58.31%) content makes it particularly effective on pain.
